| Description: Kicks, passes, catches, and giggles are what this class is all about. This is a gentle and supportive approach to basic ball handling skills. Nerf® and other types of soft, athletic equipment will be utilized. Youth will have the opportunity to be engaged in physical activity which can improve agility, gross and fine motor skills, build strength, and promote positive self esteem. | ||||

| Description: Duck duck goose, Octopus, and Red-Light Green-Light are a few of the games youth will learn and play. Our instructor starts out slowly so every child can grasp the instructions and practice following the game rules, an important learning experience.
