Rental Information

The Homestead Park, Ted Kaltenbach Park and the Community Center have shelters, pavilions, and meeting rooms available for rent. Refer to the chart below for a list of the available locations, amenities and rental rates.

To make a reservation, stop by the Parks office at The Homestead or call (614) 652-3922 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday to request a date and facility. If the facility you request is available, we will provide you with a reservation form which must be completed and returned with payment within two weeks. Once we receive your completed & signed reservation form with payment, we will return a copy of your reservation form and a receipt as proof of your reservation.  Payment options include cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Reservations can be made for up to one year in advance but must be made at least two weeks prior to the reservation date. If picnic pavilions are not reserved, they are available to the public on a first-come first-served basis.

Amenities for The Homestead and Ted Kaltenbach Park include: Drinking fountains, playgrounds, electrical outlets in pavilions, refuse receptacles & pick-up, public restrooms, tables/benches, charcoal grills, sports facilities/equipment, beverage vending, paved paths.
