Parks & Recreation: Come Play with Us
Washington Township parks are a valued asset in our community because they provide residents with a place for recreation, education, entertainment, and fun! The Township's Parks and Recreation Department manages three parks including The Homestead Park, Ted Kaltenbach Park, and Amlin Crossing Park and a Community Center. Park acreage totals 60.5, on which there is a prairie, a pond, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and paved trails.
Our recreation programs and specials events held throughout the year offer activities the whole family will enjoy. Whether you spend a few hours or an entire day, you’ll be glad you came.
