Gene Bostic became a trustee in 2004. He has been a resident of the township for more than 20 years, 17 of which he was employed as Washington Township's fire chief. He is an active member of St. Brigid's of Kildare Church and volunteers at the Convalarium at Indian Run and at Emerald Crossing of Dublin. In his free time, Gene enjoys golf and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two grandchildren.
Denise Franz King has served as Washington Township Trustee since 2002. In the 1990s she was elected twice as an At-Large member of Dublin City Council. She is active at the local, regional and state levels on sustainable community planning, water quality, green space, and public health projects. In Dublin, Ms. King is an active supporter of the Dublin City Schools, Counseling Center and Center for the Arts.
"My top priority is to cost effectively maintain the fire and emergency medical services that are so valued by people who live and work in the township," King said. "And I encourage all residents to visit Homestead and Kaltenbach parks. These parks encourage imaginative play and exercise." Charles W. Kranstuber was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2005. A graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of San Diego, where he earned his law degree, Kranstuber is an attorney and has his own law practice, the Law Offices of Charles W. Kranstuber LPA.
A Dublin resident for 20 years, he served on Dublin City Council from 1992 until 2004, as mayor of Dublin from 1995 to 2001, and was on the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Chuck is also a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Dublin Counseling Center. He has seven children and lives in Dublin with his wife, Jill.
