Washington Township, Ohio
Where is Washington Township?
Washington Township is in the northwest corner of Franklin County Ohio. It borders Canaan and Darby townships in Madison County; Jerome Township in Union County; Concord and Liberty townships in Delaware County; and Norwich and Brown townships in Franklin County. East of the Scioto River, an island of Perry Township is located wholly within Washington Township. In addition, Washington Township includes the City of Dublin and a portion of the City of Columbus. The township also borders the City of Hilliard.
