People with permanent or temporary physical, medical, or emotional needs often require special treatment and other considerations when receiving medical care or fire rescue assistance. If someone in your home has special needs, make sure the fire department knows about them today. When paramedics are aware of these unique requirements before they arrive, they can better prepare their responses in emergencies, rescues, evacuations, transport and treatment. The information collected will remain confidential and used only by the fire department to make necessary accommodations in the event of an emergency.
